wine drive label

setting a drive label via winecfg requires write permission in the path of the drive.
it tries to create .windows-label and .windows-serial files there.
that's a problem when e.g. using an iso image as a cdrom drive.
copying to the normal filesystem and giving the user permissions solves that -
